Atlas Mall is a state-of-the-art shopping center with 120 shops, a hypermarket, a cinema multiplex and a food court. The building spans 35,000m² across 3 levels with 2 underground parking levels (800 spaces). The site is in a dense urban area with party wall constraints.

- Deep excavation (-9m) in urban area with adjacent buildings
- Heavy loads on flooring (forklifts, inventory)
- Settlement control to protect existing buildings
- Mixed foundations to optimize structural costs
