Green Park is a high-end residential development of 250 R+1 and R+2 villas, spread over 18 hectares in Bouskoura. The project includes complete roads, utilities, a 2-hectare landscaped park and collective facilities. The site shows strong soil heterogeneity with alternating fill and natural formations.
