Contexte du projet
Next-generation gas station located in Nador industrial zone, including 6 storage tanks of 50m³ each, 8 distribution islands, shop and car wash area. The site has strict environmental constraints related to soil and groundwater pollution risks.
Défis géotechniques
- Shallow water table (3-4m) requiring special precautions
- Strict environmental regulations (water table protection)
- Stability of underground tank pits in presence of water
- Heavy traffic loads and dynamic solicitations
Solutions mises en œuvre
- 1Detailed hydrogeological study with water table flow modeling
- 2Waterproofed pits with HDPE geomembrane and drainage system
- 3Reinforced concrete slab sized for heavy loads (40T trucks)
- 4G5 system implementation: piezometers for water table quality monitoring
Livrables & documentation
- G1 Report: Geological synthesis and hydrogeological study
- G2 Report: Sizing of pits, slabs and drainage system
- G5 environmental monitoring plan and monitoring protocol
- Technical specifications for waterproofing and materials
